What this service is

gainifyplus publishes editorial descriptions of eighteen hotels, organised by the materials they are built from. Using the site means accepting the conditions below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Editorial, not an agency

The site is informational and editorial. We are not a travel agent, a tour operator or a booking intermediary. We take no reservations, hold no availability, process no payments and receive no commission from any hotel or platform.

Materials are a description

The list of three or four materials given for each hotel is an editorial reading of published sources. It is not a technical specification of the building, a structural statement or a survey, and it must not be relied on for any professional, structural or safety purpose.

No guarantee of currency

Buildings are converted, hotels change hands and names change. We check entries periodically and print the month of the last check, but we give no warranty that any entry is complete, current or free of error. The site publishes no opening times and no schedules; check those with the hotel.

Not advice

Nothing here is advice to buy, book or travel, and nothing here is professional advice of any kind. Decisions about travel, cost and suitability are yours, and should be made with information from the hotel and from official sources.

Copyright

Text and page design on this site belong to gainifyplus and may not be republished in substantial part without written permission. Quoting a short passage with a link is fine. Hotel names and trade marks belong to their owners and are used descriptively.

Corrections

Anyone may send a factual correction, including the hotel described. Write through the Contact page, ideally with a source. Where a correction is supported, we amend the entry and update the month on its last line. A hotel may always ask us to correct a description of its own building.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this site or from reliance on its contents, including travel costs and interrupted plans. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

These terms may be revised. The version published here is the one in force, and continued use of the site after a change means the revised terms apply.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the place where the publisher of this site is established, and disputes are subject to the courts of that place, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.

The Casino Hotels section

The Casino Hotels section describes four Canadian buildings. It does not describe, assess or promote gaming, and it links to no gaming site or application. Casinos are for adults only. In Canada the minimum age is 19 in most provinces and 18 in Québec; elsewhere it depends on where you are.
